Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ElevatePay Limited (“ElevatePay”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete identity verification where required.

• Keep your login credentials, PIN and device secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

ElevatePay lets you hold balances, transfer money, create virtual cards, pay bills, and buy or sell crypto through licensed partners. You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Circumvent security controls or transaction limits.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.

Applicable fees are shown clearly before you confirm a transaction. We may update fees with reasonable notice.

Digital-asset prices are volatile and crypto services are provided through licensed custodial partners. You are responsible for understanding the risks before transacting.

We may suspend or close accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, or where these Terms are breached. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevatePay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may modify or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes to these Terms, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
